Positive Change Counseling Center in California is actively hiring Licensed or Associate Mental Health Therapists. We are especially interested in clinicians who are interested in working part-time with availability on weekends and/or weekday mornings. Are you tired of seeing clients who aren't the right fit? Responsibilities: We are looking for clinicians who value relationships, have great communication skills and want to be part of a collaborative team environment where we make a difference AND have fun! Our incredible support team will match you with the clients you feel best about seeing, handle administrative tasks and all things billing. Our leadership team will support you in your growth as a clinician and our stellar in-house training program leads the way in live trainings on topics relevant to our practice culture. Compensation: $40 - $50/hr for Masters Licensed (plus bonuses per session) $50-$65/hr for Doctorate Licensed (plus bonuses per session). Work Location: In person  (La Mesa, Central San Diego, Rancho Bernardo, Ventura) 

 Job Types: 

Part-time Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour 

Schedule:

• Weekday Morning shift
• Weekends 

Supplemental pay types:

Requirements

Education:

• Master's (Required)

Experience:

• Providing psychotherapy: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• CA Clinical License (active & registered with the BBS/BOP): LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist (Required)
