Office Anesthesiology & Dental Consultants, PC (OADC) was established by Dr. Zak Messieha, a dentist anesthesiologist with over ten years of office-based anesthesia experience at that time. He sensed the need for high-quality, state of the art, office-based anesthesia care. Office-based and ambulatory anesthesia care is the fastest growing segment in surgical anesthesia. The organization is committed to the provision of such care in a safe, state of the art model to meet such need. As part of the commitment to continuous improvement in quality and maintenance of the highest standards of care, Office Anesthesiology, voluntarily, went through an accreditation process through the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC), a Nationally-recognized accreditation organization, thus becoming the first dentist anesthesiologist-run mobile anesthesia practice in the US to be accredited by the AAAHC.
