We are a new fitness and wellness start-up powered by a trusted physical and occupational therapy clinic with over 25 years of experience. Our mission is to empower individuals to reach their full potential through innovative, science-backed wellness services that support physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional well-being.

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a passionate and certified Personal Trainer to help launch and grow our fitness program. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced PT/OT professionals and make a meaningful impact in a supportive, health-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and lead personalized fitness programs for clients of all levels

Collaborate with therapists to ensure safe, effective training plans

Conduct assessments and track client progress

Educate clients on exercise techniques and healthy habits

Foster a positive, motivating workout environment

Contribute ideas and energy to help shape our growing brand

Qualifications:

Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)

CPR/AED certification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with post-rehab clients is a plus

Entrepreneurial spirit and team-oriented mindset
