Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant - PTA - Part Time

HTS is currently hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at a CMS five-star rated senior living community in Berne, Indiana, 35 miles south of Fort Wayne. Great therapy team works well together, fostering a strong work environment with good collaboration.  There is a well-equipped therapy gym with functional training areas, and two wellness gyms for residents.

· Competitive hourly rate.

· Part-time position at 12 – 16 hours per week.

· Consistent schedule of two days per week: Tuesday and Thursday.

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. 

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
