Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant - PTA - Part Time or Full Time

We are hiring for a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team at a prestigious Life-Plan Community located in the heart of Carmel, Indiana. This 5-Star CMS rated campus offers independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and a dedicated rehab center, all under one roof. You'll be part of a collaborative therapy team focused on delivering personalized rehabilitative care and enhancing quality of life for the patients we serve.

This position offers the flexibility to choose between Part-Time or Full-Time work.

Position Details:

· Competitive hourly rate.

· Part-Time: 20–25 hours per week on consistent schedule.

· Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week, picking up additional hours at a nearby senior living community, with compensated drive time and mileage for traveling between the two.

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
