Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Harmony Gardens, a premier senior living community in Maplewood, MN, is excited to offer an opportunity for a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team! Our brand-new, state-of-the-art campus, which opened in December 2022, proudly holds a 4-star rating and provides an engaging, supportive environment for both residents and staff.

At Harmony Gardens, we offer a full continuum of care, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and long-term care. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN who is passionate about senior care and committed to delivering high-quality, professional, and empathetic service to our residents.

There are Part-Time, benefit-eligible positions working on our long-term care floor.

Night (NOC) Shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM) working every other weekend and holiday. 16 hours per 2 week pay period.

Day Shift (6:30am to 3:00pm) working 48 hours per 2 week pay period including working every other weekend and holiday

Pay Range: $29.82 - $35.24 / hour depending on experience.

What does a Nurse do?

• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administer medications and/or treatment in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Document resident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

What does a Nurse require?

• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN LPN license.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
