Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Lakeside Generations, a 5-star rated senior care campus overlooking a lake, is hiring Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team to assist and support the Director of Nursing.

There are Part-Time, benefit eligible positions available working varied schedules including every other weekend.

Hours: Days (6:00am to 2:30pm) or Evenings (2:00pm to 10:30pm)

Pay: $25.46 to $31.03 / hour depending on experience. $2.50 / hour evening shift differential.

What does a Nurse require?

• Must have MN LPN License and be in good standing.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.

What does a Nurse do?

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.
