Bryn Mawr Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in the Edgewater Neighborhood on the North Side of Chicago, IL, has an Immediate Part-time Opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs). - FIRST SHIFT  Here is how the schedule breaks down:  Week 1 Monday & Tuesday Only  Week 2 Monday & Thursday Only and so on.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Responsible for the coordination and delivery of consumer care and the application of the nursing process
• Accountable for clinical oversight and positive clinical outcomes
• Supervise and lead CNAs and ensure the shift is fully staffed

Requirements

of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the State of Illinois
• Mental Health or Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
• Excellent critical thinking capability
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for adults with psychiatric disorders
