Job Summary

The LPN’s primary responsibility is to provide direct client care in accordance with the physician’s orders working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care as assigned. Report all findings to the RN Case Manager, physician, and Clinical Manager.

Update the nursing care plan as needed per physician orders. Document communication and interpret the plan of care to the client regarding diagnosis and treatment.

Appropriately utilize and maintain nursing equipment and supplies needed for client care.

Corresponds with clinical field staff leaving messages and reports.

Participates in monthly rotation coverage schedule per policy.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

LOOKING FOR PART TIME / PER DIEM.

Compensation: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
