About the Role
NatureMed Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or experienced EMT to join our patient-focused team. This role primarily supports our IV Infusion Room and may also be cross-trained in front desk duties. You will work under the supervision of a registered Naturopathic Doctor or MD, providing high-quality, direct patient care while supporting our mission of integrative and holistic health.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer IV therapies and injections (IM/SQ), including patient education

• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse)

• Perform blood draws and process labs

• Access ports and perform peripheral IV starts

• Manage prescription refills and maintain accurate patient records

• Order and stock lab kits and IV supplies

• Assist with front desk operations as needed

Qualifications

• Valid LPN or EMT license in the state of Colorado

• Minimum 1 year of IV insertion experience (IV certification required)

• Clinical experience in direct patient care preferred

• Proficient in medical terminology, documentation, and vital signs monitoring

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Interest in alternative and integrative medicine is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ICD-10 coding

• Understanding of human physiology and basic pharmacology

• Comfort working with a diverse patient population in a supportive team environment
