What You’ll Need:

✅ Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (vent & trach required)
🎓 Active CT LPN license
🩺 Current BLS certification
🛂 Eligible to work in the U.S.
🚘 Driver’s license (preferred)
📄 Recent physical exam (within 1 year)
🧪 PPD/QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
