RN/LPN Position Details:

· Observe patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor of patient's condition and reaction to medication, treatments, and significant incidents.

· Respond to life saving situations based on nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol.

· Take and record patients' vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient

· Participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care

· Perform skills base on the patient needs. Being proactive

RN/LPN Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills


• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.


• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray


• Must have physical within the year


• Must be 18 years old or older.


• Ability to pass criminal background checks and drug screening.


• Must have hands on CPR card.


• Active RN/ LPN Licenses in the state of IL

Schedule:

• All shifts , PRN
