Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Peterborough, New Hampshire. This is a meaningful opportunity to provide one-on-one care for a 6-month-old girl with a neuromuscular disorder. The patent is gtube dependent for nutrition. If you are looking for a case that will allow you utilize clinical skills in a home setting apply today!

Pay Rate: $29.00/HR

Hours: Monday-Fridays 9:00AM-5:00PM

Nights and weekends available

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.

Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.

Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

Job Requirements

Valid Nursing License (RN/LPN) in the State of New Hampshire

One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred

Home care experience preferred

Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)

Promptly responding to and managing medical emergencies.
