Licensed Practical Nurse LPN 5000 Bonus

Haven Homes, a 5-star rated senior care campus, is hiring Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team.

We moved into our premier 149-unit independent living, assisted living, TCU and long-term care senior health & living campus in December 2020. We are located a mere 12 miles from Ridgedale Mall, just off Hwy 12 in Maple Plain.

Hours: Evenings (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm) including every other weekend

Bonus: $5,000

Pay: $27 - $33.57 / hour, depending on experience

Location: 4848 Gateway Blvd, Maple Plain, MN 55359

Nurse responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Nurse skills and requirements:

• Must have MN LPN License and be in good standing.
• Prior LTC experience preferred.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
