As an LPN, you will:
• Implement and support resident-centered care plans with compassion
• Provide nursing care with an emphasis on customer service and resident satisfaction
• Collaborate with the care team to promote well-being and quality of life
• Monitor resident health and communicate changes to leadership
• Foster a positive and respectful environment for residents and families
• Active LPN license for the state of Iowa (Required)
• Prior management and floor nursing experience (Preferred)
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills
• Understand, respect, and maintain resident confidentiality
