Private Duty Caregiver 

Coverage 7/21 to 8/15 

PT: 6 Hours per week. Flexible Scheduling 

$40.00 per hour + Travel Premium Pay

Requirements

Ideal Candidates will:

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Licensed Practitioner Nurse-LPN in the state(s) of practice
• Current BLS Hands On Certification
• TB Test - Company will cover charges if it is not updated
