Licensed-Therapist (Independent Contractor) Position

Community Growth Behavioral Health, Inc. provides Outpatient Behavioral Health Services to children, youth, adults, and families living in communities surrounding the Charleston, West Virginia area. 

Position: Licensed-Therapist (Independent Contractor) 
"Schedule is flexible and based on the Therapist's availability"

• Conduct and Review Bio-Psychosocial Assessments
• Develop and Review Treatment Plans
• Work closely with Higher-Level Mangement

Compensation: $500.00 for every combined Bio-Psychosocial Assessments and Treatment Plan completed.
