What You'll Do

As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you'll play a key role in planning and leading fun, engaging, and meaningful activities for our seniors in assisted living and memory care. Your goal? Make every day fulfilling!

  Plan and lead creative daily programs (games, painting, crafts, fitness, music, and more!)

  Bring fresh, inclusive ideas to keep things exciting

  Encourage resident participation and customize activities to meet their needs

  Track participation, mood, and feedback

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with families and fellow team members

  Serve as a backup driver for outings and appointments

  Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs (chairs, tables, supplies)

  Valid Food Handler’s Permit (or willing to get one)

  Clean motor vehicle record (required for driving residents)

  
  


• 
  

  2 years of experience in a similar role required

  
  


• 
  

  Senior living experience preferred
