What You'll Do:

• Create and lead fun, engaging activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
• Assist with planning events, outings, and newsletters
• Track program participation and support meaningful resident engagement
• Collaborate with staff and coordinate transportation when needed
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all residents

What You'll Need:

• Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
• High school graduate or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in senior living (required)
• Must have or be able to obtain a commercial driver’s license (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
