Lifestyle - Events Crew Setup | Catalina Area | Part-time

Responsibilities Include preparing meeting rooms and spaces for events including social gatherings, lectures and meetings. Setting up the meeting room, arranging tables and chairs, AV equipment, and refreshments to specific requirements/requests. Ensuring the member and guest needs are met throughout the event, including additional refreshments, adjusting lighting and climate control. Clean-up and set-up of the room for the next event. Assisting with banquets and other functions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing meeting rooms with AV equipment
• Arranging tables and chairs, equipment and refreshments
• Ensuring members and guests are met throughout event
• Assisting with banquets and other functions.

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must have some technical ability.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Must be able to move furniture.
