Job Summary

We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Coach to join our team! As a Coach, you will lead age-appropriate, pre-designed practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with program administration. If you want to make a real difference in the lives of children, we want to hear from you! We will provide all necessary training to be the most effective coach you can be in our program.

Responsibilities

Follow age-appropriate curriculum focusing on child development, skill development, and drills.

Lead structured practices

Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement

Communicate with parents/guardians

Follow all health and safety guidelines

Assist with all administrative matters relating to the program

Qualifications

Previous experience coaching children/students is not required

Comfortable with speaking to and educating children and adults

Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Lil’ Kickers programs for ages 18 months to 9 years old.
Youth and Adult Leagues, Birthday Parties and Special Events.
