Job Title: Line Cook at Flying Horse Farms

Flying Horse Farms is seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our camper and guests' satisfaction. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared and served in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications

- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

- Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies as needed

- Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to develop new menu items

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
