Beacon Corner Bar is a seafood restaurant serving coastal and land fare. The concept was inspired by spending summers off of Long Island in a clamming and fishing community. Serving seafood from the three coasts, East, West, and Michigan, Beacon Corner Bar will have new twists on traditional seafood classics, boils, and handhelds for our non-seafood eating friends.

The line cooks at Beacon are responsible for the setup of the line stations, accurately cooking and executing menu items, and cleanup and breakdown of the line at the end of the day after service is complete. We expect a high level of teamwork among our crew as we all share the same common goal of having the best food and service. The line crew will be responsible for some preparation of product as part of the line setup as well as ensuring that the stocks of items are sufficient to make it through service with the goal of avoiding running out of product.
