 Join the RBCC Talon Tribe as a Part-time Line Cook!
Are you passionate about creating culinary delights that leave a lasting impression? Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment? We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-time Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team.
Position: Line Cook

Classification: Seasonal, non-exempt

Location: Rehoboth Beach Country Club, 221 West Side Drive Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute a wide range of dishes with precision and attention to detail, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage food orders, timings, and quality control.
  • Follow recipes and guidelines to maintain our high culinary standards.
  • Assist with ingredient preparation, including cutting, chopping, and measuring.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation through creative ideas and experimentation.
  • Work efficiently under pressure during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant culinary role.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to food quality.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Food handler's certification preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Banquet and/or Sautee experience a bonus
