**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This position is for approximately 25-35 hours per week.
**Duties**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety guidelines and regulations
- Assist with food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and expediting dishes
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and minimize waste
- Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to customer needs and ensuring that food is delivered promptly and to their satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of quality in food preparation, presentation, and plating
- Demonstrate a commitment to hospitality and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in a brew pub or restaurant kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Familiarity with food safety and handling practices
- Willingness to help other members of the kitchen team as needed
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Voodoo Brewing Co. was founded in 2005 in Meadville, PA, with our first taproom opening in 2012. Since that time, our brand has seen explosive growth. After opening a second taproom in Homestead, PA (outside of Pittsburgh) in 2015, followed by another taproom in Erie, PA in 2016, we recognized the need to produce our award-winning beer in larger volume.
Voodoo Brewing Co. opened our Production Facility, a sweeping space that affords us the capability to expand our inventory almost indefinitely, in early 2017. Finally we opened an additional pub in State College, PA in 2019.
