Job Description - Line Cook

We are searching for an experienced line-cook in our busy, family-owned restaurant.
Applicant must be dependable, honest, hardworking and a quick learner.
Experience in a similar position a must.

Part-time to Full-time afternoon/evening hours
Must be available on weekends

Emphasis on plate presentation, proper portion control, cleanliness and keeping track of inventory.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

About Us

Meet Yvette & Allie O'Brien, the "Two Smokin' Chicks" at O'Brien's West End Inn.

You may remember us from our previous location on Main Street in the Village of Hamburg.... well, the O'Brien's are back and settling into our new home at the historic West End. This expansive building is now home to a full service bar & restaurant, eight beautiful Airbnb's, 2 apartments, and a large banquet & event center.

We have 18 drafts featuring your favorite local brews and our menu is full of everything from your standard Buffalo favorites, to house-smoked brisket, Friday Fish Fry and even a gluten-free section!

Our calendar is full of events! We have a ton of fun things planned every week! We boast an amazing happy hour Wednesday and Thursday from 4-6pm and all day Sunday plus we have live music every Saturday and DJ Trivia every Sunday 4-6pm.
