Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in our awesome kitchen. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with line cook experience who is passionate about food and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure that all food is cooked and presented in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Prepping all food items per our standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Proficient knife skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
