Job Summary
We are seeking a Line Cook to join the team at Nexus Cinema Dining. In this position, you will be responsible for using high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers, in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and committed to creating an excellent experience for patrons.

Hours
We are currently open Thursday-Sunday (Monday's will open up once our busy season begins)
Typical hours on weekdays begin at 3pm and end around 9pm, weekends begin at 11:30am and end around 11:30pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment

Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner

Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary

Follow all food safety regulations

Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures

Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

We offer a full menu for all theater guests including appetizers, sliders, salads, entrees, desserts and an extensive beverage menu including soft drinks, coffee drinks, beer, wine and full bar menu. All our menu items have been specifically selected to be easy to "handle" from a luxury recliner or from our theater table seats. Oh yeah, of course we have popcorn!
