We are currently hiring an experienced line cook who can prepare menu items according to Brick City's standards of quality while ensuring cleanliness and stock levels throughout their shift. Must be able to work in a TEAM environment and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. Must have open working availability which includes nights and weekends. Minimum 1 year of cooking experience with basic understanding of par levels, kitchen safety, and proper food handling to prevent food borne illness. The Owner - Steve Parisi

Growing up in an Italian Family on Long Island, Steve was surrounded by cooks. It was there that he first developed a passion for food and entertaining. The concept of Brick City evolved from his outdoor kitchen and pizza oven where he had countless gatherings with friends and family. After spending 20 years working a corporate job and some encouragement from his family, Steve set out to turn those backyard gatherings into something everyone could enjoy. Steve's vision is to provide great food at an affordable price while treating everyone like family.

Our Concept

Brick City is a limited service, fast casual restaurant that specializes in breakfast, signature salads, gourmet sandwiches, brick oven pizza, pastas, and entrees.

Atmosphere

Brick City has a casual atmosphere and is geared towards families, singles, couples, business travelers and visitors alike! We have two 60'' flat screens in the main dining room and another in our 700 sq foot private event room.
