Are you a culinary enthusiast with a flair for creating exceptional dishes in a high-energy, upscale environment? We want you to be part of our dynamic kitchen team!



đź“… Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts required



🔥 Your Role:


As a Line Cook, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen operations, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your responsibilities will include:




  • Prep & Precision: Stocking fresh ingredients, preparing components before each meal service, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.




  • Culinary Execution: Preparing food in a timely manner and according to our meticulously crafted recipe cards.




  • Inventory Management: Maintaining appropriate levels of inventory and restocking when necessary.




  • Safety First: Adhering to all food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for our guests.




  • Team Collaboration: Participating in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.




  • Continuous Improvement: Performing other duties as assigned by the head chef or management.




  • Ethical Standards: Adhering to all company policies regarding ethics and integrity.



🧑‍🍳 What We’re Looking For:




  • Experience: At least two years of previous experience in a high-volume, upscale environment.




  • Certification: Serve Safe or Food Handler’s Certification.




  • Culinary Knowledge: Proficiency in upscale culinary techniques and recipes.




  • Composure Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.




  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills.




  • Physical Stamina: Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
