Live-In Direct Support Professional

Job Description:

Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota (CANMN) is currently hiring a Live-In Direct Support Professional to provide services to clients in the Shoreview/Lino Lakes, MN area!

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervision Sunday night through Friday morning overnights from 10pm-6am. The overnights are asleep. 


• Assist individuals on daily living skills, household tasks, personal hygiene, budgeting, and medication administration.


• Transport and accompany residents in community activities, recreation, and leisure activities. Company vehicles provided.


• Provide and maintain a safe environment while implementing behavior management skills.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

• High school degree, GED


• Valid driver's license


• Must pass DHS background study


• Preferred: experience and/or training with individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities. Passionate about serving others!

HOURS: Sunday night - Friday morning, 10pm-6am. These are asleep overnights. 

The Live-In has their own room, bathroom, and closet. All utilities are included! There are additional position opportunities available for the live-in!

Monthly Stipend: $500  Nightly Stipend: $25

Level I DSP: $19.00 hourly on Weekdays / $20.00 hourly on Weekends when working outside of Live-In hours
