A private family in Annapolis, Maryland is seeking an exceptional live-in Nanny /Household Manager to join their home and support their transition to a more structured, high-functioning lifestyle. With three school-aged children (between the ages 8-13) and four dogs, the family is looking for a true professional—someone who can confidently manage both the children’s needs and the operations of a busy household. 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, assertive, and knowledgeable—someone who can assess what the family and home need, implement systems, and establish long-term routines. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate who brings deep expertise, leadership, and a genuine passion for family care and home management. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide full-time care and supervision for three children 

• Manage school drop-offs/pickups, after-school activities, and appointments 

• Create and maintain household systems, routines, and schedules 

• Schedule and oversee household vendors 

• Manage light pet care for four dogs; coordinate outside services as needed 

• Proactively identify household needs and offer thoughtful solutions 

• Support parents with ongoing home and family projects 

Requirements: 

• Extensive experience as both a nanny and household manager 

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills 

• Ability to anticipate needs and operate with minimal direction 

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 

• Excellent, verifiable references
