Loader/Receiver – 2nd Shift (6pm-6:30am/ 2-2-3 Shift Rotation)
Location: Hugoton, Kansas
Shift: 2nd Shift (6pm-6:30am/2-2-3 Rotation)
Compensation: $20.00 hourly + shift differential + benefits day one

We’re on the lookout for a dependable, detail-oriented Loader/Receiver to join our 2nd shift team. If you’re someone who takes pride in precision, thrives in a fast-paced production environment, and knows how to keep things clean, safe, and efficient—this is your chance to make a real impact.
🧀 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Receive and ship milk products according to schedule
- Manage silo space and CIP (Clean-in-Place) requirements
- Perform sanitation and preventative maintenance tasks
- Monitor and document milk testing procedures
- Wash tankers and clean equipment per SOP
- Load out finished products with accuracy
- Communicate effectively with lab techs, operators, and supervisors
- Ensure GMPs, safety, and food quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot common issues and keep operations flowing
🛠 What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year in manufacturing or production (preferred)
- Ability to lift, move, and work on your feet
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Willingness to become forklift and CHARM certified
- Team-first attitude and ability to work independently
