Locker Room Attendant - On Call

The Minneapolis Club is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented On-Call Locker Room Attendant to provide backup coverage as needed. This role supports our members by ensuring locker rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked, and by providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of locker room areas
   
• Restocking towels, toiletries, and amenities
   
• Assisting members with inquiries and needs
   
• Reporting maintenance or supply issues promptly
   

Position details:

• On-call / as-needed shifts (coverage for vacations, sick days, and busy periods)
   
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
   
• Must be dependable, professional, and customer-service focused

• High school education
   
• 1–2 years of cleaning experience preferred
   
• Extremely strong communication skills, both spoken and written
