Love dogs and prefer working nights? Overnight Dog Care Attendant (Part-Time $18.50$20.00/hr)

The Wags Club is one of West Los Angeles' premier cage-free dog daycare and boarding facilities, and we're looking for dependable Overnight Dog Care Attendants to join our team.

If you're looking to earn some extra income while spending your nights caring for dogs instead of sitting behind a desk, this could be a great fit. We're looking for team members who can consistently commit to at least two overnight shifts each week, with additional shifts frequently available for those who want them.

Our overnight shifts run from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

What You'll Do

As part of our overnight team, you'll help make sure every dog has a safe, comfortable, and peaceful night while preparing the facility for the next day's activities. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising dogs throughout the night


• Monitoring their health, comfort, and behavior


• Feeding meals and administering medications as directed


• Cleaning and sanitizing play and sleeping areas


• Laundry and light facility cleaning


• Preparing the building for the morning team


• Reporting anything unusual to management

While there are busy periods, overnight shifts are generally quieter than daytime operations and are ideal for someone who enjoys working independently.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for reliable people with a great work ethic and a genuine love of dogs.

Experience working with dogs, veterinary clinics, boarding facilities, pet sitting, grooming, shelters, or other animal-care environments is a plus—but it's not required. We're happy to train dependable people who are eager to learn.

To be successful in this role, you should be:

• Dependable and punctual


• Comfortable around dogs of all breeds and sizes


• Able to work independently without constant supervision


• Detail-oriented and willing to stay productive throughout your shift


• Comfortable with cleaning as an important part of caring for animals
