Job Description - LPC Clinical Supervisor PRN 1099 Role


We are excited to announce the opening for a PRN LPC Clinical Supervisor in our vibrant mental health care team! As an LPC Clinical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership and support to our dedicated team of therapists. You will be responsible for overseeing client care, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards, and facilitating professional development for your team members. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of therapists in their daily practices and client interactions

  • Provide individual and group supervision for LAPC therapists and other team members

  • Ensure that all client assessments, treatment plans, and documentation meet regulatory and ethical standards

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to clients

  • Monitor caseloads and provide guidance on complex cases to ensure effective interventions are carried out

  • Facilitate team meetings and case consultations to promote a supportive and communicative work environment

  • Up to 10 hours per week split between office and home

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling from an accredited institution

  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical counseling experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role

  • Eligibility and credentials to supervise LAPC therapists

  • Strong understanding of mental health issues and treatment modalities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and clients

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide guidance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current on best practices in mental health care
