Part Time up to 29 hours per week
Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm, alternating Saturdays 6:30am-3pm
SUMMARY
The LPN is responsible for monitoring the treatment needs of the clients and making sure they are met in accordance with agency policies, procedures, state and federal guidelines and regulations. The LPN will work with nursing staff to cover the needs of the Opioid Treatment Program as well as integrated, mental health and substance abuse services, within the scope of a LPN licensure.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Required: Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State
Preferred: Experience in the Chemical Dependency and/or Mental Health field
