Residential Care Supervisor (LPN) 

Part-time availability 

Our beautiful residential care facility located in New Port Richey is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Residential Care Supervisor (LPN) to join our team. As a Residential Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training care staff in a community or long-term health care setting. 

Requirements:

- A current LPN/Nurse license preferred.

- At least one year of previous experience as a supervisor and/or trainer of care staff in a community or long-term health care setting.

- Previous supervisory experience in geriatric care is preferred.

- Knowledge of standards/practices and current trends in dementia care.

- The ability to assess, redesign, and implement care and operational processes and procedures and train staff to follow them.

- Willingness to assist administrator to monitor operations and share on-call rotation.

- The ability to communicate tactfully.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- LPN/Nurse license preferred.

- Knowledge of standards/practices and current trends in dementia care.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
