Description

Duties:

· To set good example to peers and the public with regard to punctuality, attendance, attitude and hygiene.

· Completes required training as mandated by Speedway management.

· Prepares, packages, pours and serves food and beverage items as per customer request; pursuant to guidelines established by department manager.

· Maintains overall cleanliness to the highest standards at all times in all bar and food service areas.

· Conducts cash and credit card transactions.

· Keeps and maintains balanced till/register and turns in complete and accurate receipts and till/register at end of shift.

· Discontinues service to impaired customers, and notifies management and/or security when necessary or required by department policy.

· Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by following sanitation standards and procedures while also complying with legal regulations.

· Maintains ambiance through food and beverage presentation and service.

Requirements

   Skills/Qualifications:

· Customer Service, Self-Motivated, High Energy Level, Multi-tasking, Resolving Conflict, Verbal Communication, Bartending experience, Able to lift 10+ lbs.,
