Job Description - Lunch Aide

Trailblazer Academy is seeking a dependable, caring, and organized Lunch Aide to join our team! This position plays a key role in supporting our teachers and children by ensuring meals and snacks are served in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:30am–1:30pm

Responsibilities include:

Serving lunch to classrooms

Washing and putting away dishes

Prepping breakfast and snacks for the following day

Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area

Following all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous food service or childcare experience a plus, but not required

Must be able to pass background checks as required by childcare licensing

Already have or willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Certificate
