Shift: 12-Hour Days (6 AM – 6 PM)
Schedule: 2–3 Days/Week | Rotating Weekends
Patient Ratio: 1 Nurse : 6 Patients
Pay: $27–$41/hour (based on license & experience)

🩺 What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate, individualized care


• Administer medications & treatments safely


• Monitor and document patient status


• Communicate with families and care teams


• Act quickly and effectively in emergencies

🔧 Preferred Skills:

• IV therapy, wound care, trach/vent, G-tube


• Strong clinical judgment & communication


• Pediatric or young adult care experience (preferred but not required)

📌 Requirements:

• Active Florida LPN or RN license


• Current BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross)


• Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care, rehab, home health, hospice, or hospital setting
