Are you a compassionate and dependable LPN or RN looking for a meaningful night shift role? We’re hiring experienced Night Shift Nurses to join our team serving individuals in a residential group home setting. This is a great opportunity for nurses who thrive in a calm, focused work environment and want to make a real impact on patient care overnight.

What You’ll Do

• Provide overnight medical care and health monitoring to residents


• Administer medications and respond to health concerns as needed


• Document observations, medication administration, and any overnight incidents


• Maintain a clean and safe environment while following infection control protocols


• Collaborate with day shift nurses to ensure continuity of care


• Support residents with nighttime routines when needed

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN or RN license (required)


• BLS Certification (AHA or Red Cross)


• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (group home, long-term care, or home health preferred)


• Ability to document thoroughly and follow care plans


• Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently


• Reliable transportation required

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $25 – $41 per hour (based on license & experience)


• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (6 PM – 6 AM)


• Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time; must be available for rotating weekends
