🌞 Shift: 12-Hour Days (6 AM – 6 PM)
📅 Schedule: 2 Days per week | Rotating Weekends
👩‍⚕️ Patient Ratio: 1 Nurse : 6 Patients
💰 Pay: $27 – $41/hour (based on license & experience)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver compassionate, individualized patient care


• Administer medications and treatments safely


• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress


• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams


• Respond quickly and effectively in urgent situations

Preferred Skills

• IV therapy, wound care, trach/vent, and G-tube experience


• Strong clinical judgment & clear communication


• Pediatric or young adult care background (preferred, not required)

Requirements

• Active Florida LPN or RN license


• Current BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross)


• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in acute care, rehab, home health, hospice, or hospital setting
