We're looking for a motivated, professional individual to join our team as a Luxury Spirits Sales & Delivery Associate.

Position Summary:
As a Luxury Spirits Sales & Delivery Associate, you will be the face of our brand—both in-store and at customers’ doors. Your role blends top-tier retail service with prompt and professional delivery. You’ll assist customers in selecting premium products, manage transactions, and ensure timely, secure deliveries to residences and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register

Offer product recommendations based on client preferences

Ensure proper handling and presentation of high-end merchandise

Coordinate and complete local deliveries with professionalism and discretion

Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing store environment

Uphold all legal requirements related to the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages

Assist with inventory, stocking, and merchandising as needed

Requirements:

Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Reliable personal vehicle for deliveries

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or delivery preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to lift and transport boxes up to 50 lbs

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
