The Opportunity

We are looking for a Machine Operator Assistant to support our production operations. In this role, you’ll help keep our machines running smoothly and ensure documents are assembled accurately, whether by hand or automated processes. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, attention to detail, and being part of a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the setup and operation of production machinery.
   
• Prepare and organize documents for processing or mailing.
   
• Perform hand assembly tasks like collating, folding, inserting, and labeling.
   
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and presentation meet standards.
   
• Monitor machines and promptly report issues to supervisors.
   
• Track and replenish materials as needed for production flow.
   
• Cross-train on multiple machines to support team flexibility.
   

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational/technical training a plus).
   
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
   
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new machines.
   
• Problem-solving mindset with willingness to troubleshoot issues.
   
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
   
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in a production floor environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
