Job Description:

Silver Creek is seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to join our team at our senior living facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. This position requires a flexible schedule, including the ability to work some evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems

- Assist with the upkeep of the building and grounds, including landscaping and cleaning

- Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff in a timely manner

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment

- Collaborate with other team members to support facility operations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is a plus
