Maintenance Associate

We are currently looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team as a maintenance associate. This is a multiple property position and a great way to start your career in maintenance and related fields!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies
• Performs small repairs as assigned
• Supports landscaping and maintenance teams with routine tasks
• Completes routine tasks to support maintenance of hotels and restaurants across properites
• Sets up banquet rooms as instructed by supervisor
• Manages supplies and ensures orderly work areas
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Positive attitude 
• Able to work a flexible schedule, which may include nights, weekends, long days, and holidays
• Able to follow spoken and written instructions, completing assigned list each day independently
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
