Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer at Hampton Inn Boston-Natick will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving the hotel's facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, painting, and repairing drywall.


• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.


• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and employees.


• Collaborate with contractors and vendors on larger maintenance projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.


• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
