Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer at The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the hotel's facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance tasks


• Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner


• Conducting inspections of the hotel's facilities


• Repairing equipment and systems as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of (2) years experience in maintenance or a related field


• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems


• Good communication and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
