Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: $80,000k – $120,000k / year

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise the maintenance department to ensure all scheduled work is completed efficiently, responsibly, and safely.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and installation of machinery, tools, equipment, buildings, grounds, and utility systems.
• Lead emergency and break-in work, providing a timely response plan to management.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, particularly with fans, material handling equipment (screw and belt conveyors, bucket elevators, airlocks, pneumatic conveying systems), and 480-volt electrical distribution.
• Supervisor experience over a maintenance department.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, process flow, P&IDs, and one-line diagrams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• MSHA Certification.
